Booking Procedure

To avoid issues regarding bookings, e.g. places being booked on Play Scheme or trips and the child not attending, we have appointed a Bookings Manager and would like to clarify our Bookings Procedure.

This is our procedure for booking places on trips, Under 12s Play Scheme, Youth Group and Youth Holiday Scheme.

If you wish to book your child onto a service, for example Play Scheme or Youth Group, please contact Nicola Cook on 07863 804 023 or email nicola@kidscanachieve.co.uk.

We will also accept bookings and payment by hand or post to:

Bookings will work on a first come, first served basis.
Full payment and booking form must be returned to gain a place on Play Scheme or Youth Group trips, unless funded by an agency. If the place is going to funded by an agency, please speak to Nicola Cook before sending in a form.
Once a place has been booked, we require 24 hours notice if you wish to make a cancellation. This enables us to inform staff with appropriate notice and/ or offer the place to another child. No refund will be made if 24 hours notice has not been given.
For trips out, no changes will be made to the arrangements of the trip within one week of its date. This is for our health and safety arrangements including risk assessments, travel arrangements, staffing, purchasing of tickets, etc.
We would ask that as far as possible you do not request changes of dates once they have been booked, as while it is our ethos to be flexible and respond to individual needs, it can create risk management and health and safety issues. If you do need to alter any bookings you have made, please speak to Nicola.
