After School Club

The Clubs will run Monday to Friday 3.30pm - 6pm during term time.

The Big Lottery funding means we can provide 8 free places on Wednesday and Thursday nights only. Further places on these days will be charged at the usual £8 per session. All places on the other sessions will still cost £8 each.

At After School Club your child can do a range of activities including constructive play, arts and crafts and have use of the sensory room. We aim for them to have as much fun as possible and always remember that this is their free time and they should be able to make their own choices. In addition to this each evening has a special activity.

Mondays 3.30pm - 6pm – Cooking - We can’t guarantee they will be making your tea, but they will have a good time and learn a lot of new things!

Tuesdays 3.30pm - 6pm - Music and dance. The children will be experimenting with different musical instruments and types of music, together with dance and movement

Wednesdays & Thursdays 3.30pm - 6pm – Fun activities around science and nature, including planting our own mini herb and wildflower gardens and cooking more exotic things.

Friday 3.30pm - 6pm - A time for your child to explore their artistic nature no matter what their limits. They can use new materials such as clay, mosaic, collage and paint to express themselves and explore different themes. While they are trying out their new skills they will still have time to play or relax with their friends.

We will provide the children with a light snack e.g. toast/sandwich/crackers. If your child has food allergies or intolerance, please let us know.

Book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and to ensure that we have sufficient time to secure appropriate staffing. We look forward to welcoming your child here.

Please note that after school club does not start until 3.30 and ends at 6pm. There will not be staff available to look after your children before 3.30. There is a late pick up fee of £5 per 15 minutes for children not collected by 6pm.

Sadly this term we have had to say goodbye to one of the longest and most outgoing members of after school club. This child is being give the opportunity to attend a weekly residential school and we all wish her the best of luck (although certain staff have been seen drawing up kidnap plans). We are however looking forward to seeing her during the holidays.

We are continuing to attract new members and expand our activities. Staff teams plan snack menus and programmes in rotation and one of the highlights of this will be a 'round the world in a week food foray'. Yoga (Tuesdays from 4pm and Fridays from 4.30pm) is fast becoming one of our most popular activities and we now have some of the most chilled kids in Harrow.
